Important Information Regarding Students EP Apps

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!!

During the summer months we will be doing some maintenance on Students EP Apps. All students need to go through their Google Docs and download any items they want to keep onto a flash drive or their home computers. This is especially important for students who might be using these documents for summer school projects.

The maintenance will delete all information from students Google Docs/Sites/Calendars/etc..

If you have any questions, come to the Tech Desk or CoF office in Lakeside Lab.

EPHS Varsity Letter in Community Service

Eden Prairie High School in association with the EPHS Outreach Room is proud and excited to offer a Varsity Letter in Community Service. EPHS students, grades 9-12, who go above and beyond in serving their community by volunteering can apply to be awarded this Varsity Letter. A varsity letter in community service is a way to recognize and reward these students...a way to celebrate students doing extraordinary things. The basic requirement to be awarded this letter is 150 hours of volunteering in a 12 month period; once those hours are served there is an application packet to be completed. An informational brochure and application packet with FAQ's are available in the Outreach Room.

Graduation Survey for Seniors

Hello Class of 2012,

We are requesting that you fill out a graduation survey on our web-based tool; Naviance Family Connection. This survey will only take you a few minutes and gives us invaluable information.

To fill out the survey:

Go to Naviance/Family Connection: http://connection.naviance.com/ephs. Students should sign in using their username= student ID and password= birthdate (i.e. 9/7/2011 with dashes and full year).

     • Click on the “about me” tab

     • Click on the Graduation Survey on the left-hand side.

     • It is only two questions in length.

We sincerely appreciate you filling out this survey. Remember to request your final transcript in Student Center East before graduation. Congratulations and best of luck, Class of 2012.
